In this context, this text has been prepared in order to inform and enlighten you within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (\u201cLaw\u201d, \u201cKVKK\u201d) and other relevant legislation. Your personal data is processed by our Company in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation within the scope of this Clarification Text.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Identity of the Data Controller<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>As Anadolu Akvaryum ve Pet \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e., which is registered with Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate with the registration number 254205 as the data controller and operates at B\u00fcy\u00fckbakkalk\u00f6y Mahallesi Samand\u0131ra Yolu Sokak No: 30 Maltepe \/ Istanbul, we hereby inform you that we process your personal data in accordance with KVKK.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>The Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Your personal data is processed in accordance with one or more of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK or in accordance with the personal data processing principles specified in Article 4 of the KVKK and the obligations sought in the relevant legislation based on your explicit consent. Recordings:<\/strong>\u00a0Our data regarding camera and audio recordings that are kept for security and audit purposes in case you visit our company.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Our purposes for processing your personal data;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>To provide you with the Company's products and services, to fulfill our obligations to you, to organize records and documents, to comply with the information retention, reporting and disclosure obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations to which the Company is subject in relation to the utilization of these services,<\/li>\r\n<li>To design special advertisements, campaigns and other promotional activities, to conduct surveys and other statistical analyses,<\/li>\r\n<li>To be able to evaluate customer complaints and suggestions regarding our products and services,<\/li>\r\n<li>Maintaining business and operations, carrying out Company activities and procedures,<\/li>\r\n<li>Physical security and inspection of buildings,<\/li>\r\n<li>Planning the work carried out with our business partners,<\/li>\r\n<li>To fulfill our obligations arising from the KVKK and to exercise our rights arising from the legislation,<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>purposes and for similar purposes including but not limited to these, and your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>To whom and for what purpose your personal data may be transferred<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Your personal data collected, in order to fulfill the purposes described in Article 2 of this Clarification Text, within the scope of KVKK and the relevant legislation and for the purposes stated above;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Our Shareholders<\/li>\r\n<li>Our business partners<\/li>\r\n<li>Our providers abroad<\/li>\r\n<li>Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,<\/li>\r\n<li>Third parties we consult, including lawyers, tax advisors and auditors<\/li>\r\n<li>Domestic\/foreign organizations from which we contractually receive and\/or provide services to carry out our activities and with which we cooperate<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>personal data may be transferred to other third parties in order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Your personal data may be processed and transferred by the Company by automatic or non-automatic means for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text within the scope of the performance of the contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, the legal obligation of the data controller, the explicit consent of the data subjects, and the publicization of the data by the data subject himself\/herself within the scope of the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.<\/p>\r\n<p>Your personal data can be collected by automated or non-automated methods from all kinds of written, verbal, electronic media such as other institutions that we provide \/ receive support services and real and \/ or legal persons with whom transactions are made within the scope of any legislation or contract, physical locations, our website, our telephone line, and stored in physical and digital media. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose requiring its processing according to Art. 7\/f.1. of Law No. 6098 disappears or when the statute of limitations\/retention periods that we are required to process your data in accordance with the legislation expire.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Rights of the Personal Data Subject<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law to our Company by the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Data<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p3\">Your personal data is processed in accordance with one or more of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK or in accordance with the personal data processing principles specified in Article 4 of the KVKK and the obligations sought in the relevant legislation based on your explicit consent.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p3\">Your personal data that you share with us in the CUSTOMER REGISTRATION FORM such as date, location, name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, whether you have a pet and its type and breed, the age of your pet, your signature may be processed by our Company in a limited and measured manner in connection with the purposes specified in this article, including but not limited to the following.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Our purposes for processing your personal data;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\r\n<li class=\"li3\">To provide you with the Company's products and services,
