Transparent and Authorized Process in After Sales Services

As Anadolu Pet, we carry out the after-sales service processes of the products of the brands we distribute in accordance with the applicable legislation and only authorized services through.

Warranty coverage, conditions of use and service processes of the purchased products; delivered with the product invoice and warranty certificate is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It is therefore of great importance to retain the documentation provided with the product.

For products within the scope of the warranty, the necessary repair operations for malfunctions other than usage error, including parts replacement, are provided with the assurance of Anadolu Pet. No additional fee is charged for labor and replaced parts for repairs made within the warranty period.

For products whose warranty period has expired, repair and spare parts supply services are provided for a fee, and additional warranty is applied for the parts used within the scope of the relevant legislation.

Legal Information

Within the scope of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the related After Sales Services Regulation, Anadolu Pet carries out after-sales service processes for the brands it imports and distributes in accordance with the legislation.

Technical service operations under warranty, brands authorized service centers is carried out by. 

  • We kindly ask you to keep the Invoice and Warranty Documents (even if they have expired) that you have received with the product.

  • During the sale, the Warranty Certificate of the product must be received with the company stamp and the invoice number must be written on the stamp.

  • As Anadolu Pet, we inform you that we are obliged to provide you with the necessary repair service during the lifetime determined and announced by the Ministry regarding the products we sell.

  • In the event that our products within the scope of the warranty certificate malfunction within the warranty period (except for user errors), the product is repaired by us without any labor costs and replaced parts.

  • Regarding the installation, maintenance and repair services provided by our Service Center, no service fee is charged if the same malfunction related to the same part is repeated within 1 year.

  • If our product malfunctions after the warranty period, it must be repaired within the maximum repair period. If spare parts are used during the repair, a charge must be made.

  • Where necessary, our products must be sold with a manual in Turkish on the introduction, use, maintenance and simple repair of the product and, where necessary, with a label containing international symbols and signs. We kindly ask you to check that the manual and label of the product are present during the purchase process.

  • Failures arising from the use of the purchased product contrary to the points in the user manual belonging to it are excluded from the scope of this article.

  • In the event that our service center replaces and/or sells a part of our product that is not obligatory to be sold with a warranty certificate outside the warranty period, a warranty period of not less than 6 months is given for the replaced part if the invoice is submitted.
