As Anadolu Pet, we are pleased to provide you with all kinds of after-sales support as the only authorized distributor of the products we import in Turkey. As a leading company that has been serving the sector for more than 20 years, we ensure that the products you purchase are under the guarantee of Anadolu Pet, and we would like to draw your attention to the following points about our products.

Our products with electronic components sold by our company must be dealt with an invoice, not with a receipt. Please check that you have received an invoice when purchasing this type of product. Repair of our products that come to the technical service without an invoice can be done in return for a fee, even if they are under warranty, by submitting a Warranty Certificate.
It is essential to present the Invoice and Warranty Certificate (even if it is expired) during repair requests for our products.
We kindly request you to keep the Invoice and Warranty Documents (even if it is expired) that you have received with the product.
During the sale, the Warranty Certificate of the product must be received with the company stamp, and the invoice number must be written on the stamp.
As Anadolu Pet, we inform you that we are obliged to provide you with the necessary repair service during the service life determined and announced by the Ministry regarding our products.
If our products covered by the warranty certificate fail within the warranty period (except for user errors), the product is repaired by us without charging the cost of labor or replacement parts.
Regarding the installation, maintenance, and repair services provided by our Service Center, no service fee is charged in the repetition of the same malfunction related to the exact part within one year.
If our product fails after the warranty period, it must be repaired within the maximum repair period. If a spare part was used during the repair, it is required to be charged.
Our products must be sold with a Turkish manual regarding the introduction, use, maintenance, and simple repair of our products and a label containing international symbols and signs when necessary. We kindly ask you to check that the manual and label of the product are available during the purchase process.
Malfunctions arising from the use of the purchased product contrary to the instructions written in its user manual are out of the scope of this article.
If a part of our product that does not require a warranty certificate or outside the warranty period is replaced and/or sold by our service center, a warranty period of not less than 6 months is given if an invoice is submitted for the replaced part.
